Notes:
Feature (always in Original Aspect Ratio (OAR) & without burned-in subtitles)
Trailer (OAR as source & without burned-in subtitles)
Subtitles (needs to be delivered in sync with master file as DFXP (preferred), XML, ITT, srt, EBU STL or PAC)
Audio dubs in separate files from AV master, conformed to AV master (in a MOV container 24bit 48khz – 5.1 & 2.0)
All files need to include 2.0 stereo audio.
Additional audio (not dubs) conformed to AV master (.mov or .wav files (24bit/48kHz) including M&E 2.0 + 5.1 and STEMS 2.0 + 5.1.
Textless Material when available. Applies to both trailer and feature.
ProRes files should include 1 frame black in front and after the feature and trailer.
Preferably no interlaced files (if interlaced, added cost will apply).
Original audio version in ProRes file. Properly labeled and assigned in the ProRes file.
Example: Left_Right_Center_Lfe_Left surround_Right surround_Left total_Right total (LRCLfeLsRs-LR)

File Naming Convention:
